The briskets will vary in weight, we estimate 5-8 pounds finished, and will feed 15-25, depending on the brisket size and serving size. Pick up Tues Dec 23 10:00-5:00 or Wed Dec 24 10:00-3:00, at our Robinson Rd Shop. The brisket freezes very well.
They are $45/ lb (finished weight). *This is a deposit only, the remainder can be paid upon pick-up. Total cost will be $225-$280 depending on the size.
