Whole, freshly smoked Brisket, ready for you to warm up at home and serve. The briskets will vary in weight, we estimate 5-7 pounds finished, and will feed 12-20, depending on the brisket size and serving size. Pick up is Saturday Oct 11th or Sunday Oct 12th, 10-5, at our Robinson Rd Shop.
They are $45/ lb (finished weight). *This is a deposit only, the remainder can be paid upon pick-up. Total cost will be $200-$300 depending on the size.
